So, i just finished my Blood Angels chaplian today, kind of proud of it and wanted to know what the community thought about it, so here it is:

P.S. I realised i did not "gem" the model or paint bullet holes on the bolter lol, good thing its unvarnished as of now thanks to the rainfall outside.

Looks really good man.

instead of painting a bullet hole, I would personally use a pin vice and drill out a small hole. looks more realistic

Some hilight to armour would be good and I dont think that red storm bolter fits on red coured army. Otherwise good job!

Nice tabletop job. I agree that drilling out the barrels is best. Gems paint up fast, too.

Looks excellent man, the Storm Bolter is probably worth drilling out. It, for me, is the only detail that disappoints.

I am doing a little touchups to him, got distrated by my librarian model and my death company dreadnought, but i have re-visited him, once i drill out the barrel, and finish touchups i will repost. (Remember all i have painted thus far are necrons... base, drybrush, wash method, this is my first detail stuff...)

Until then, my librarian:

That chaplain looks a million times better than in the original post. It's amazing how much difference tiny details make.

Good stuff!

I really like the dread. You did an awesome job highlighting it and the detail work looks really good. Gotta love the new model as well.

Ive still got mine in the blister awaiting production. But lets talk about yours The colors first of all are great, good choice for everything. I like the red casing for the gun, but dont really care for red barrels. I woudl recommend giving the bleached bone areas (that are supposed to be paper or honors) a wash of delvan mud and then going back an highlighting the edges with bleached bone. It will really make them stand out and look great. The highlights on your black look great as well!
