Advance Order of Dwarf King's Hold: Dead Rising

Not really. The board tiles might be appropriate for that kind of game, but the game itself sounds extremely shallow.

I really don't get the cartoon. Does he really not know what a hold is or is he just playing on the phrase? In either case it's not funny.

Overall impression is that the set is professionally produced/good quality as you would hope/expect. Had a quick skim of the rules and most of it is easy to pick up, though a couple of sections will need a slow read to make sure I understand it correctly. Looking forward to playing this in the next few weeks (playing BFG at the club tomorrow night).

Shipping delays should get sorted out fairly quickly... they only ever happen when they get swamped with orders... last time it happened was when they sold 100,000 zombie sprues shortly after launch and couldn't physically make them as fast as people were buying them.

Thanks for the picture Baragash, the set looks really nice and I think I'll be adding it to my next mantic purchase.

Who could forget that in less than two weeks, the fantabulous Dwarf King’s Hold: Green Menace game is being released from the warehouse and onto the shelves of your local retailer soon. Yes, the boxes are in, the finished artwork looks fantastic, and people were absolutely blown away with how Dwarf King’s Hold (both Dead Rising and Green Menace) played at our Open Day.
