Here's a serious attempt at a balanced Grey Knights list. It's a little bit Razorspam and a little Psyfleman spam.

Should be easy enought to reduce pts to 1850 my knocking back the terminators a notch...wont effect the effectiveness much. In anything but kill points the terminators will probably split into two units thru combat squads.
Servo skulls are for Scout blocking. Nothing in this list will be deepstriking I dont think....I do have a full 10 man unit of terminators though so the option is always there.
Everything on foot, assuming that the techmarine can find good terrain to bolster, will have a 2+ cover save. (Shrouding, Stealth on Assassin) Everything on foot and the dreads are essentially my stationary firebase. Sanctuary and Quicksilver are so that the terminators dont really have to maneuver in order to receive a charge or avoid one....go ahead and charge..see what happens.
Land Raiders that get close I suppose will have to be taken down by the Psycannon (them and the vindicare's turbo-penetrator)...which I beleive are supposed to be more efficient at taking down armour 14 than lascannons. I could pick up might of titan to do it in HtH. Between the Vindicare and all the rending str7...I think that armour 14 boxes are covered.
The 4 Razorbacks go out to hunt down objectives along with their 5 man squads. In Kill point missions they hang back firing str 6 heavy bolters at the enemy units. Light armour and troops....

I personally dont like the HB 'backs or the terminators, I'd prefer rhinos and an extra squad instead of the terms. I'd like Mordrak and 10 ghost knights rather than the reg. terms, they're cheaper too, and you can make them scoring needed. They bring more flexibility to the list, IMO.
Other than that looks good.
Though this is all speculation of course

So, its a bit shootier than the last list while losing the cover saves "gimmick".
Nasty MC or someone like Mephiston/Lysander get thru all your shooting and causing trouble? Brother champion goes and kills him with a psychic test.
Other than that its pretty obvious what this army does....
Range 48"- 24 Str 8 Autocannon shots twin linked, 5 HK missles
Range 36"-Add 15 STR 6 Heavy Bolter shots
Range 24"-Storm bolter fire and 10-20 Psycannon shots
Get thru all that and face off against the force weapons including the Initiative 6 Justicars w/Hammerhand.
Thoughts?

Though this is all speculation of course 
Mordrak can only take up to 5 Ghost Knights and they aren't a scoring unit.

In that last list since you have so many dreads I was curious...would it be worth it to trade an autocannon on the venerable dreads for an assault cannon? Lose 1 point of strength, some range and twin linked (which I think is mitigated by the BS5) but gain rending and more shots. Could be useful against higher AV vehicles especially since pure GK's seem to suffer in the anti AV 14 department.

It's shooty but could be a metric ton more shootier and more flexible if you wanted it. You didn't claim this list was supposed to be competitive so I'll just say it's a pretty decent Dreadspam army. Good luck.

That could often be worth it especially on Venerable Dreadnoughts. However, the only identifiable weakness in good Grey Knight armies is range against enemy AV12. You don't want to cut away from the few very long range weapons that you have in order to add to the absolute mountain of weapons in the 24" and under range.

Like the list, I like thew idea of one of the cheap squads having more big guns and the inquisitor just in case anyone is stupid enough to alpha strike near you. 3 plasma cannons for 60 points is insanely cheap.
