Was wondering, since I'd hate to fully make a grey knight force because they're disgustingly overpowered but would still like to use one or two of their units

It's a pity, you used to be able to. It's the only reason I don't now have a SM force with a oficio assasinorium agent. Though I got tau instead.

So you want to avoid being "overpowered" with Grey Knights... so you're adding them to Space....Wolves.....

He did say "disgustingly overpowered." I assume "ridiculously overpowered" is acceptable.
