Custode: 100 points each.
Custodes are bought as 1-5 for a single Elite slot although they are deployed seperatly.
..............WS....BS....S....T....W....I....A....ld
Custode....5.......4.....4....4....2.....5...2....10
Equipment: Artificer Armor, Iron Halo, Guardian Spear
Guardian Spear: a Guardian Spear is a master crafted power weapon that contains a built in Stormbolter(note that the Storm Bolter is not master crafted)
Special Rules: Utterly Fearless, Mind of Steel, Peerless Warrior, Independent Character.
Utterly Fearless: Custodes are the bodyguards of the Emperor and will never waver in their duty. Custodes automatically pass all Ld based tests they are required to take.
Mind of Steel: Custodes have undergone rigirous mind conditioning and mental strain to be resistant to the predations of Psykers. psychic powers that do not cause wounds or have a Str value have no effect upon the Custodes.
Peerless Warrior: the Custode's fighting style is an amalgamation of millenia of Human martial arts. all combined into a perfect fighting style with many different stances which allow the Custode to face any danger and triumph.
the Custode must choose which fighting stance he will use at the beginning of each friendly turn. the custode will benifit from the stance untill the beginning of the next friendly turn. if there are multiple custodes in the unit they may choose a different fighting stance from each other.
Wings of the Eagle: The Custode moves with blinding speed, unhindered by the ground upon which he fights. the Custode gains the Fleet and Move through Cover special rules and has +1I.
The Eagle's Eye: The Custode rains down blows with incredible accuracy. the Custode may reroll all failed To Hit rolls in CC and against Vehicles rolls an extra D6 for Armor penetration.
Unyielding Shield: The Custode whirls his Guardian Spear around in a defensive stance that causes even the most vicious of blows to deflect harmlessley away. However, the stance does not allow for rapid movement. the Custode may reroll all failed saves he is required to take for the duration of the turn. he also has the Slow and Purposeful special rule.
The Eagle's Fury: The Custode rains down vicious blows capable of cleaving an engraged Grox in half. the Custode gains +2 str.
I am not sure about the points cost.

For purely fluff reasons, you should change their psychic defense rule. Custodes are not blanks IIRC. Changing it to "Mind of Steel" or some such name will get fluff nazis off your back. Also, given that Custodes are described as not fighting in units, but rather as perfect, independent warriors, it might be better to make them ICs, but purchased like Sanguinary Priests (1 to X as a single Y choice). That way, each can choose a separate stance as well, allowing you some tactical flexibility that better reflects the peerlessness of the Custodes. (Note you would have to adjust Utterly Fearless to maybe downgrade to unit-wide Fearless if a unit is not comprised entirely of Custodes).

Actually they do, they are quite immune to psychic attacks their armor repels Pyschic attacks.

They have slightly better stats than GK Paladins and better abilities. GK Paladins come in at 55 pts each.
They have four combat stances which seem to allow them to adapt to almost any situation (though granted they last a full turn so a bad choice may prove sub-optimal, but is unlikely to be actually debilitating.
Their save is akin to a terminator armoured captain.
Now a Brotherhood Champoion comes in at 100 points, with worse wounds and no ++ save but better WS and either comparable stances or worse ones.
I'd say these rather splendidly conceived units of yours might be underpriced at 80 pts... My instinct would be to say 100 pts each at least OR make them not independent characters and charge somewhere in the region of 75pts each.

But thats the thousand sons. They resisted a psychic attacks. Read the other horus hersey books they resist daemons and other abilities. Plus that was a Thousand Son's Lord of the Fellowship of course he will be able to do it.

They are just immune to attacks that don't cause actual physical harm.
you can't force a Ld test or something like that, but you can throw a bolt of lightining at them.
Changed points cost to 100.

Hmmm, hadn't thought about that.
I want them immune to things like Mind War and Spirit Leech.
tough conondrum.
Perhaps a flat 4+ to ignore the effect of any psychic power that they are effected by.
Say they are in a squad that gets hit be the flamer template from Avenger.
the Custode gets a 4+ to ignore the hit, but the squad is effected as normal/

You're right, I overlooked the iron halo. Even so, I can't see him being worth more points than these far more flexible characters (with their extra wound).
But essentially these have paladin stats with +1 Initiative and +1 Leadership, can be deployed as ICs to lead units, 4 useful 'stances', a cc re-roll and+1 to invulnerable save.

Looking great---and as someone whom collects Custodes consider me subscribed. Two quick questions;
1. Have you considered making different Custodes? In visions there are several versions/unit types of Custodes (Jetbikes, Terms, Cleansing Squads, etc)
2. Have you ever read the Tempus Fugitives Campaign packs? They have Custodes rules in there as well----might make a good reference.

I would also really want to see custodes get rules, the problem is the fluff has to be justified. One custode took out a company of word bearers, granted the fluff makes things much better than they are in game, I still think they should have better stats. Maybe have one per army that takes up a HQ or Elite slot with much better stats and Higher points cost.
For stats I would say:
cost: 600 points
Ws...Bs...S...T...W...I...A...Ld...Sv
6.....6....5...5....3...7...5...10...2+/2+
and for special rules:
Eternal warrior, independent character, stubborn
Protector of the emporer : Custodes have been tasked with defending the emporer from any threat the galaxy can throw at them, they have prefered enemy, and due to the training they have recieved they know exactly where to place a killing blow, any wounds caused from a custode cause instant death.
Aura of protection: anyone who fights by a custode feels safer for being near a protector of the emporer and will gain the will to hang on despite wounds that would ussualy prove lethal. The custode and any model within 12" becomes fearless, stubborn and gains feel no pain and eternal warrior.
Guardians of the Impirium: A custodes agilaty far outmatches that of even an astartes, Custodians can move 12" and have the fleet special rule
I think your special rules are great aswell and should be kept aswell
and for wargear:
Artificer armour, storm bolter
Guardian spear: Becuase of in built technolidgy from the dark age of technolidgy A guardian spear doubles the users strength and Initiative but only when the user charges.
Custodian sheild: rumoured to be crafted by the emporer himslef a custodian carries a sheild with a powerfull in-built force field, it gives the user a 2+ invunerable save.
Bolts of the emporer: A custodes storm bolter uses bolts rumoured to be used by the emporer himslef, Custodians bolt pistol are strenght 5 and ignore armour saves.
I hope this helped
