Topic pretty much says it. Can you all think of any examples in the fluff of humans using eldar weapons or tech? I thought I remembered the eldar codex saying something about humans not being psychically sensitive enough to use eldar tech.

Inquisitors that are psychically sensitive can and do use it. They tend to be the more permissive types though.
Other than that most humans that have Eldar tech either don't know it or they are collecting it.
Some SM chapters have Eldar force weaponry (Blood Ravens spring to mind)

FFG's 40K RPGs have two primary eldar-related items that are available - assuming that you can locate someone who's selling them (they're somewhat rare, although they can usually be located for sale in a community with a decently-sized population).

The first is armor. Eldar armor is much lighter and more flexible than human armor that offers equivalent stopping power. As a result, it's quite useful to have. It works by stiffening when hit to help absorb the impact.

The second is shurikan weaponry. Shurikan catapults and the like are available for characters who choose to acquire them, and are treated as normal weapons.

Lukas has an eldar sight on his pistol.

Shuriken catapults were available back in RT days to humans, but then orks had bolters back then, and plasmacannons

Dark eldar tech is readily useable by humans, being manufactured, not grown

Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so

Certainly for many Eldar items, but not for their low end tech such as Shuriken weapons

I'm kind of a big deal... people know me...

Thanks for the very helpful responses. I was considering utilizing eldar weapons as substitutes for certain csm weapon profiles in the sensei army I am building. There is apparently a connection between the sensei in realms of chaos and the eldar. I guess that particular sensei had eldar fighting alongside him.

I think it would be a good idea if you wanted to get home and find your family was abducted.

Other than that to be honest all signs point to tech-priests may not be able to even turn the darn things on. Maybe stick with re-commissioning Land Raiders and interrogating nasty xenos.

The Interex perhaps? The Eldar at least *TAUGHT* them.

Humans already use old eldar relics such as warp gates and those weird pylon things on Cadia

I found the Lexicanum entry on the Interex. Pretty interesting fluff, I might try to work it into my Sensei's background. The "weird pylon things" are supposed to by of C'tan origin, placed there to try and sever the warp's connection to the material plane.
@Tacobake: The army I am building is already considered hereticus, and it's leaders are being pursued by the Illuminati as well. Using xenos tech is the least of their worries.

If I remember correctly, Inquisitor Valeria has access to some Eldar tech, (runes that give her re-rolls or something.)

Yeah but she's nowhere near using the full potential of them. They only give her rerolls to wound.

I'm also pretty sure that her Warpmaze or whatever is probably Eldar, but even more likely it's Chaos.
