Ok, I have a few questions.

1. I see a lot of comments from people making jokes about Reaper minis. These models look really nice on the site but I have 0 experience in dealing with a reaper model. Are they secretly crap, or made with concentrated evil? Or is there just some inside joke that I don't know about?

2. I have recently fallen in love with miniaturemarket.com (Hoorah for dakka for having them in the advertising window!) I just placed an order with them and it should already be here today. It's a hefty discount and a low goal for free shipping.
The question: Is there anywhere even better that I don't know about? I've been hunting for a while now, and I have yet to stumble upon anyone as awesome.

That's it for now, I might add some other questions later when I remember what they were :/

I think the jokes are just because they're a long-lasting mini company, but the're more known for RPG character minis than Warhammer-stlye army stuff. They have some army-style models (And stuff like their CAV game), but they tend to do a lot of weird stuff that can be used for conversions, RPG characters, etc.

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.
Play the games that make you happy.

Sort of an inside joke. The sculpters for thier mini's are well known for their GW stuff. Thier ranges in quality range from WOW, to .... wow. and everywhere in between.
I really like their superheros and urban lines, and some of thier off handed monsters, such as thier Giant Ape are top notch. I pick them up on a regular basis from our local store.

Second part? without a thought- http://www.thewarstore.com/ Great deals all around. I pick some up from FRP, but they are hit and miss sometimes on some of thier stuff. Good price, but might or might not have the product in stock, even when they say they have it.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.
