Not as large of a target audience, but there are a couple of skirmish games I play that make extensive use of 25 or 30mm tokens. Creating a simple design selling casts or molds would probably do well.

For Malifaux (Wyrd),
30mm corpse counters, 30mm scrap counters (the two big ones) possibly blight and blood counters too.
50mm blast marker, 40mm Wagon marker, 30mm dynamite marker...

For Infinity (Corvus Belli)
25mm tokens, there is a whole list incl. mines, repeaters, Camo, TO Camo, Impersonation 1 & 2
There are more (prone, immobilised, possessed...) but the first list are ones that you actually need a 25mm base, normal thickness for the games.

Anyways, just ideas and I know that you guys are already getting ideas thrown at you left and right from the 40k crowd.
