Expecting this to be anything 40k is extreme wishful thinking. The prime candidates are aos destruction, Darkoath, or possibly lizardmen. I am going to say it is Darkoath.

Ahh, could simply be a trophy from a Squig or Troll. Something to show the wielder’s triumphs - or how ‘ard the one they nicked it off was.

The Shadespire Moonclan has a Troggoth in the warband. Could this be a Troggoth spear for the full faction release?

They also revealed another grot model for Shadespire. It's clear that the goblins are going to be getting some attention, so I bet this is just more of that.

Maybe the rumored spider rider remake.

I thought bonesplitterz as well, but the spearhead appears too small and symmetrical, unless it’s a design change. Moonclan seems more likely, but I won’t rule it out.

Nah, lizardmen weapons are smoother than that, and they generally have more ornamentation. Looks more greenskin.

It's Nurgle Troglodytes for the new Nurgle faction that consists of slightly revamped sculpts of the originally planned Darkoath and Moonclan models because "needz moar Nurgle".

PS: I'd take some knights of the Order of the Fly, though Turns out I don't like building lances.

None of the Shadespire bands seem to carry the spear, though, unless it's gobbo leader above. Wrapping looks different though.
