There's no Warmachine, which seems a bit biased, but it doesn't affect my answer which remains not on the list.
Necromunda, baby. If we're counting BFG, I reckon we should be counting that.

Probably Warmachine, despite not having played it in a while. Although I really liked the old Chainmail ruleset.
VOR was probably the best set of rules for a wargame ever published.

I like heavy gear blitz for its machanics,althogh i do think 40k has better lore though.

My favourite wargame is actually advanced squad leader. It's an amazingly complex tactical game which is balanced. The game is based around play, not about selling models.
My favourite MINIATURES wargame is 40k.

OK, I think I'm gonna get mocked for this, but my absolutely favorite was Mechwarrior Clix. Too bad Wizkids went out of business. Way more fun and lots cheaper then 40k turned out to be.

Not to question your choice (but I am anyway) but in what way is Bloodbowl a wargame? It's a sports game or a board game or a miniatures game, and an excellent one at that. But it's not a wargame

for 25/28mm scale...Shockforce/warengine. Its less detailed than 40k, but plays faster. Biggest feature, creation rules. You can use any mini from any manufacturer, and give it the stats and abilities you want.
Space battles...Im all about Full Thrust.

Ah, but is Bloodbowl a sport or a war? I'm sure plenty of Dwarf and Orc teams would argue for the latter...

warmachine for me. It isnt a perfect game but the scale, speed, and tactical options really fir what I'm looking for in a game.
I love some of GW's models and IP but as far as games go they are not even on my radar. If I feel a need for some gaming in the grim darkness of the 41st millennium I'm much more likely to pick up one of fantasy flight's spin off games.
If GW ever buckled down and made a good rules system my wallet would burst into flames in protest.
