Are the current BFG minis plastic, from the original plastic boxed set, like http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?prodId=prod1100086?
Or are they metal copies?
On the link it does say "Each kit can be made into one of the seven classes of the Chaos Cruiser"

I don't have any personal experience with BFG, but I am fairly certain that all of the models, or a large majority are metal
|

Imperials are about 3.5 inches (9cm)
Chaos ones are about the same sice, a little more chunky mind.
