I've used them a few times and the models always come within a few days, no missing parts either despite ordering some small bits like purity seals. The only downside as with most bits sites is you need to be quick to order certain bits for some races like defiler arms, and land raider assault cannons etc.

I've used them a few times and had no problem, they also seem to deliver (to where I am at least) noticeably quicker than other Bitz sites I've used.

I honestly could not sing their praises enough.
They typically are very good at delivery, price, stock levels & updates etc.

They are based near me, so if I had any trouble I could turn up on their doorstep and remonstrate (Its why I chose them originally). Fortunately this has never been an issue, so I also agree; good company with a good service.

An excellent service, they dispatch very quickly and are very good with the communcation. I've had no issues with them at all. They even respond to enquiries very late at night. So yeah very very good and honest, unlike
some other places, but thats another "cough*bitsandkits*cough" story.
