Hello all,

I've been working on a DOW project for about two years now. Initially, I had the idea to run my DOW with a Marienburg theme-- thinking that it would be fun to imagine the army as a force hired by the city to fight off the advances of some ambitions elector count. Over time, however, the miniatures started taking on a feel of their own.

Please let me know what you think

Thanks for the comments.

@ M'Kachen's Nemesis and Hyenajoe: it's great to see some other French voices on the forum -- I hadn't even though to search out French gamers on Dakka (what an oversight!).

With regard to the Giant: yeah, I'm totally in love with the mini. The basic body is available through Reaper, but, I've done some green-stuffing (including his silly hat).

I'll get some closer and better pics in the near future.

Thanks

Thanks for the kind comments.

@ scotty kahn:
Thanks much. The Dwarven models are from a line put out by West Wind (I think) called "Dwarf Wars". They originally came with roman-looking shields, but, I've shaved them off and green-stuffed their hands. Aside from having to deal with mold lines, I highly recommend the miniature line.

Regards.

Truly unique - nice one. That makes me want to strip down my Bronzino's Galloper Guns and get painting again. That force was well worth spending the time on.
