What can i spend the last 200 points on that complements this list?
Also should i change the sorceror to a demon prince with lash+wings?

Couldn't hurt to have some berzerkers in a rhino for an assault punch. They work wonderfully with the lash. If you're hurting for points you can shave off the three extra havocs you have in that list.

Yeah, some bezerkers would help even it out a bit, right now its too shooting heavy, esp for this pts level. Personally i'd switch the Hovocs to 2x Oblits, Switch a unit of PM for Zerkers, Change the Sorc to a DP w/ wings, and add a Defi. Thats just me.

The oblits and Defi can help you take advantage of Lash, so can the Zerkers. The defi adds a big scary target on the board to disract people from your Prince, as well as chew through units of Gaunts what can't hurt him (and tac marines w/o a PF). The oblits will act as a better jack-of-all-trades in this level against every army too. You also then have a Rhino full (kinda) of Zerkers and a DP charging forward, maybe with the Defi, and two units sitting back and shooting/camping. Since it should be on a 4x4 board, you have the range and versitility, as well as some scary units to trick you opponent with as far as target priority etc.
