Right, have recently purchased the 2nd troops choice for my GK army so now it can be legally used in games
I have played two games with it so far and both times it has won. Even better.
Heres the list for anyone wanting ideas for a "small" game with the knights of Titan:

Librarian- Daemon Hammer, Mastery level 3, Sanctuary, Might of Titan, The Shrouding, Warp Rift, Psybolt ammo- 225

5 Terminators- Psycannon, 2 pairs of falchions, Justicar Thawn- 310

5 Strike Squad- Warding Stave, Psilencer, 2 force halberds, psybolt ammo- 140

Total- 690


Now it may be pushing the 700 point milestone, but I still feel this is a "small" list. I mean, come on, theres 11 models in the army!!!
Anyway, I'll let you guys take any ideas from this

While I love the idea of super-elite Knights lists, that may be too many points to spend on your Libby at this point-level. Same goes for Justicar Thawn, taking up space at this point-level I reckon. Perhaps get rid of Thawn + Warp Rift on your Libby for more men or a Rhino for your GKSS to ride in?

IMO psybolt ammo is wasted on the librarian

Psybolt ammo is wasted, Mastery 3 is unneeded. Any librarian going much over 200 points is wasting space at any point level.
Librarian should always have a stave or a sword depending on the points you have to spend...bump up his CC save most importantly.

Librarian can be svelte with Mastery 2, Force Sword, 3 powers (sanctuary, shrouding, might of titan) up to 5 powers. Much more than 5 and its too much point cost for what it gives. If you want him in CC, give him the warding stave. If you're okay with him at range or playing low points, give him sword...

Falchions are a waste of points in post FAQ world, Halberd is a godsend and sword is nice on terminators for survivability. Toss a hammer in the squad for some safety and you're happy.

Mastery level 3 can be helpful but is overcosted IMO it's worth 25-35pts rather than 50
I agree with every other statment in the above post
