You can get nearly all the Japanese armor in 15mm for pennies by buying Axis & Allies singles. Try miniaturemarket.com, coolstuffinc.com, & 12-7games.

It's important that you ONLY buy the Version 2 minis (any set that uses the title format "Expansion: Year#-Year#"), as the Version 1 minis are NOT 15mm.
