The best way I've run speed freaks in the past is this.
Buggies = great point costs for armor and good guns but never had them really chew through much. They are good at drawing enemy fire or just being a good dedicated tank poper with this
TL-Rokkits.
Bilkers = somewhat dissapointed with them I have 30 of them and a nob squad so trust me when i say the best quality to this unit is durable, lower-grade spray and pray gunners. It's accurate as hell for Orks but against armor kinda useless. I found them best at raping Monsterous creatures or low toughness/armor troopers. They're assualt leaves something to be desired.
Dekkkoptas= I just now started realize the power of these damn things. I've been bad mouthing them forever till I realize how overpowered it is to have a strength 7
PK assualting vital points at turn one. (against
IG or other stand and shoot armies it's brutal!) not to mention if you don't get to go first just hold them in reserves to outflank. I take them the "kamikaze" approach. 1 deff kopta with Buzzsaw and rokkits.
Trukkboyz = trukks are amazing, the ability to tank shock and move 19 inches is overlooked incredibly often. Effectively if y are going for breakneck speeds you want to start your trukks a little further back than your BW's because when they blaze 19 with red paint job you will be still within 6 inches of
KFF. Once you blast that far foward you just pray you will be able to keep them till next round (personally this part of the tactic pisses me off) on round two you try and tank shock anything in the way and you want you can normally assualt as well. So 13 inches pop out your boys within 2 inches of front and then Waaaaaagh forward to stomp dem puny humies. After the boyz leave the trukk i normally make my trukks bucking broncos just trying to force as many leadership tests as possible with tank shock till the boys are done and need a pick up.
Battle wagons= AMAZING toys for the orks, combine then with
KFF big meks and grot riggers and you will piss off your enemy everytime. The Deff rolla alone has killed Trygons, ate land raiders & Leman rush squadrons and if nothing else escourted Space marine termi squads with
HQ IC's off the table

they are amazing at a distance but I never take anyting other than deff rolla, grot riggers, armor plates and two big shootas to keep it from being glanced to death. Problem with BW is once the army is in
CC these wagons are paper thin which is kinda funny when you realize
CC is the BW's weakness.
All and all the tactics you've been given so far are just my opinion of the list. It's good but lacks heavy assault which is a sacrifice for your speed. If you plan to fight someone in
CC and still have some of the orky power of footsloggers then I suggest you make some ard boyz with choppas or nobz with eavy armor and a pain boy.
