At the moment I am looking for inspiration for a new ATZ survivor, and you have maybe given me an idea. We'll see how well this project turns out. Who knows, if it's good, I may "steal" your idea.

Yea its a cool idea, but its a hell of a job! converting and redoing stuff... ill keep ya posted! ;-)

That is very impressive. It may just be the lighting, but it looks like he also has a huge mouth painted on the beard.

the beard covers too much of his cheeks, other than that looking good!

It's an interesting project, so it seems :p

Looks like this will turn out pretty sweet.

Here's a quick update of the body. Know that this is just a WIP pic. Only check the pose and the basic colloring, cuz its far from finished....
Arm has been cut and modified with GS at the elbow.

quick update:
Busy with the left leg and side arm...
It's all green stuff work, still no painting.
will post pics when more progress.... and its sunny, so cant sit inside all day ofcourse!! :p

looking good so far, what i use on my special forces ig are some of the forgeworld gear which looks nice and i use some of those pouches in with my tacticle vests which turn out ok

Problem!!! Head is waaaay too small for the body! what a noob mistake...tryin different things now to make it match. will prob make a neck out of GS, might do the trick... keep you posted!

That dude looks really cool.

I disagree that he beard is too big. It really isn't. I know dudes with much bigger beards than that. The head is perfect imho.

EDIT: Looking at it again, if I had ONE criticism, it'd be that the beard isn't connected to his hair (under the cap), but it's such a tiny issue I shouldn't even have brought it up. But I did. So there you are.

True, ill look into it...as for now, i'm really struggling with the big body/small head issue! :p tnx for your comment

hmm can you post a picture with head on body as so we can see the difference because maybie i can help, since i use alot of non gw heads some just are too small but too cool

working on other stuff atm. kinda bored of the spec ops.... Will finish this next week/month... i'm working on warhammer Irongut Ogres.... look em up in the gallery if you like
