I made a new model. Its supposed to be a bear, but many people think it looks more like a giant rat monster!

I wouldn't say rat, but I don't think I'd go for bear, either. Maybe a very large badger or wolverine?

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.

Yeah, I was thinking Wolverine with the face, but the body is wrong for that as well.

The overall anatomy of the body is too humanoid to be a bear.. maybe a were-wolverine.

Looks like a mutant Wolverine or Badger. It's a neat sculpt, though.

Looks cool, but not a bear, the nose is too wide for that. Still should be good for something in a Skaven army, or a counts as beast for Dark Eldar

I like the sculpt! It would be a cool beastie to ride.

Wolfen anyone?

This is what bears look like if you've never actually seen a bear.

I know the body isn't right but the head is really off. Bears have really broad heads, this one doesn't at all. The lighter shade on the ears, snout and mouth aren't helping either, it makes it look more skaven like. Darker, fur tones on these parts would help make it less rat/weasel like.

If you did make a proper bear I would be all over them. But i can see beast men players taking a liking to this sculpt as a subsitute razorgore. Quite a bit better then the crazed pumba imo.

This is doubly confusing coming from someone who's name is "RatBoy."

Also, I think it has a rat-like face. Bears have a much narrower and smaller snout and a more prominant brow.

I'm with most of the posters in this thread - not a bear, but a very nice sculpt nonetheless. Would love to see one painted as a badger.
