After smoothing out these armies I need some final opinions and decisions of which army I should take to the 'Ard Boyz tournament this coming Saturday.
The three remaining lists are footEldar, RaiderRush Dark Eldar, and Jump Pack Blood Angels.

The Eldar list's strategy is to advance up the field with the guardians forming a long phalanx. With constant fortuning they should weather a decent amount of fire, plus the ineffectiveness of blast weapons on a phalanx formation. It will be followed up by the Dire Avengers and then the War Walkers. The guardian jetbikes are there to harass and sit on objectives here and there. The Pathfinders will start out holding onto forward objectives. The Shining Spears and Harlequins are going to be the counter-attack force should any CC units come close to my phalanx.





The Blood Angels will just advance up the field, weathering fire by hugging terrain and the sanguinary priests. The VV squad will deepstrike and try to assault. Dante and a squad of Sanguinary Guards will try to deep strike and hug cover. The Devastators will try and hit any vehicles/MCs or frag any large horde squads.





The Dark Eldar list will focus on everything just moving forward. The Trueborn in the Raiders are gun-platforms used to mowdown anything and everything. The 9 Wyches will join Vect in his Dais as one squad. The 3 Haemies will join the 3 9-man wych squads in their raiders. Those raiders will do a kamikaze tactic and that way I can attempt a T1 assault with them. The raiders have a 66% chance of blowing up on a penetrating hit, and the the Haemies will give me FNP to survive the blast.

Eh some advice would be appreciated, at the very least some opinions of which army i should use.

Lost in south Alabama

The bloodangles list is too spread out. You want to be an all jump pack army, which is nice, but then you add devs. I'd go for something a bit more mobile with about the same punch. Dreads maybe. I'd have to look at the options.

the eldar list looks really different. The best eldar list I know however runs massize jetbikes and a seer council. The 9 warwalkers can be devastating on squishys, so that's a good thing. But the 20 guardians are pretty much worthless.

The DE list looks ok really. I'm no expert on DE but the only things I'd change would be to mount the walking wyches and it looks like you may be short on tank popping. I don't know if folks still play necrons or not, but you should always have something to combat monoliths when your base save is a 5+ or worse.

Well, Eldar has an out-dated codex and thus suffers from some inherent downsides. I wouldn't take them to such an event when you play for winning.
DE are too fragile, since they rely too much on getting first turn.
Therefore, my definite choice between the armies offered is BA, nothing else.
