No one commented on my last thread and I'm too indecisive so I would like a foreign voice of which army I should use for the upcoming 'Ard Boyz tournament.

The REVISED Eldar list will now focus on the DAs being inside the Falcons are mobile scoring. The Fire Dragons will go inside the waveserpents along with Eldrad and the 2nd Farseer. The Warp Spiders and Jetbikes will pop transports and harass infantry.
The Dark Eldar list will focus on everything just moving forward. The Trueborn in the Raiders are gun-platforms used to mowdown anything and everything. The 9 Wyches will join Vect as one squad. The 3 Haemies will join the 3 9-man wych squads in their raiders.

i personally wouldn't take any of them.
Im gonna comment on all of them as eldar and BA have been my main armies for many years and ive just recently done an assload of research on DE.
For the eldar:
Cut out the shining spears and the guardians, drop down to 2 or 3 full squads of DA with a waveserpent with TLBL on top, with an exarch and bladestorm.
I personally dont run any warwalkers but i do like them, in your situation i would put 1 set as scatter lasers perhaps.
I also reccomend 1 or 2 squads of firedragons 5-6 in a transport as tank hunters. all your troops should be in transports imo aswell.
Blood angels:
my reccomended list is somewhat like yours except it involves the assault marines removing their backpacks in favor of razorbacks with las/ plas on top.
I also recommend predators. lots of them 2 minimum  they can be very cheap effective suicide units that draw an obscene amount of fire, you can move them 18" before the game starts so on first turn you are 6" away before you even start moving. and yes you can use smoke launchers.
Those vanguard are very expensive for what they do, and they will be 1 major focus in your army. you may want to dumb them down a bit on points or remove them.
Dark Eldar:
probably the closest list you posted to competitive.
NEVER take the dais, EVER.. it is so overpriced its stupid, just take a regular raider with dark lance.
All your raiders NEED darklances, not disitigrators
Wyches should be given haywire grenades, and your wych weapons should be the shardnets or the razorflails. The flails on average do more damage than the gauntlets, however i much prefer the shardnets as your wyches really arent supposed to be a powerhouse cc squad, they are supposed to snag gak up while vect mows through gak. With that said the squad with no transport needs a transport unless you want to remove them all and get a wwp, but then youd have to change the entire list.
trueborn should never be taking in squads larger than 4, and they should always get 4 blasters and be placed inside a venom.
With the points youl be saving i would invest in 1-2 squads of 5 warriors in a venom with light upgrades or none except for the second cannon on the venom. this will give you portable scoring units and give you lots more poison shots for infantry.
Ravagers are fine, just make sure they have darklances on them.

Don't know about eldar and BA so will leave those alone. The DE list is not great. wyches are good for tarpits, and that's about it. As it was stated before your raiders need darklances. my current list has over 12 darklances and over 15 blaster and that sometimes is not enough. Another huge flaw to your plan rests in the FAQs. You should read them so you know what is change. Like if a transport move flat out and I destroyed in your turn then the unit inside is destroyed. that is just hitting a few areas on the list. my phone is about dead so that is all I can post now.

Eh I changed my army list so I'm not even bothering with the kamikaze raiders anyway. Wyches aren't exact complete tarpits. Yes they will tarpit any dedicated CC squad, but they will also deal their own fair share of blows.
Yeah and I ditched the Blood Angels, but I'm not a fan of Eldar transports anyway. IMO they are expensive and generally worthless.

eldar vehicles are among the best in the game. and their point cost is justified. not many tanks negate melta weapons and make you reroll damage results, can give you a 3+ rerollable cover save and can move 36" with a twinlinked lance weapon on top that are skimmers and can fly over stuff.
With that said, all 3 of your lists would have you out in the first round where i live, and though i wouldn't laugh at you publicly id be doing it in my head.

I could care less for melta weapons since my tanks should be out of harm's way ANYWAY. I said Eldar transports NOT tanks. No where does it say that I get a 3+ cover save. I mean sure they are durable, but for a shooty army I don't need transports.

DE can do fine in 'Ard Boyz, but yeah, that list needs a serious overhaul for it to work. It needs more AT starting with the Trueborn (4 dudes 4 blasters venom 2 SC). Haemonculi don't belong in CC so no huskblade. Wyches are ok but you need warriors with blasters or DL in raiders. Adding a bunch of AT will make this list workable.

I commented on your original post but basically totally agree with clidefr0g. If you have to pick one, take the DE with the changes listed. And sell the eldar - that list is too far gone.

Alright I scrapped the old Eldar list and made it WAAAAY more mobile now.
The DE list ditches the Haemies and Flickerfields for more wyches and Dark Lance Scourges.

Uhm ok the FF and Haemies were fine the trueborn probably should have been Anti-Tank not Anti-Infantry...putting them in a venom gives you the Anti-Infantry. Thats alot of wyches too. I might be tempted to turn some of them into warriors. Also Dark Lance Scourges are hit or miss. They cost alot and you can't move and shoot. I'd go with blasters at the same cost but can move and shoot, heat lances for AP1 assuming you can get close enough or HB for taking an annoying vehicle out for a turn.

I like the trueborns as anti-infantry since they can get 8 ap5 4+poison shots, plus the 4 str6 blast templates. That will tear holes in any squad. I don't like Warrior Troops at all, they just are 'eh to me. I don't understand the "Dark Lance Scourges are hit or miss" part please clarify. Blasters have a 12" range and puts me at risk of Anti-Infantry weapons, whereas Dark Lances are 36" so also a bigger threat range. Also the Dark Lances are quite cheap on the Scourges compared to other squads that can get them.

Your Dark Eldar are lacking in AV to a degree. I mean, the ravagers are good, but giving scourges Dark Lances isn't great as it removes their main bonus over kabalites - mobility. You're right in the fact that you could just sit at 36" away, but in that case why take scourges? If you really want to keep the scourges and trueborn, I'd suggest switching one trueborn squad to 4 with 4 blasters in a venom, and then giving the scourges the shredders or splinter cannons (cannons are better unless your budget is tight). Alternatively, keep the trueborn as they are and give your scourges blasters so they can still move and shoot.
Also, I'm slightly concerned by the lack of kabalite warriors. I know you've said you don't like them, but wyches aren't good at holding objectives as any squad wishing to take it can just shoot them. This is especially apparent towards the end of a game when leaving the objective to kill the squad shooting you could mean losing the point.

its the trueborn and no darklances thats ur main issue.. heavy weapons not on tanks in a DE army are a big no-no. Im not trying to make you lose here, im trying to give you the best list possible to win ardboyz.
If you follow the advice in my original post you will have a chance, if you use the list you have now you will be running purely on luck and player skill which based on your list creation skills, is probably lacking.
