Sorry to hear that mate. Look after yourself fella and don't go doing anything silly. No-one's worth hurting yourself over.

Very sorry to hear that, it is good that if your painting mojo has gone you are still in the hobby and actively gaming though. I am sure that the desire to paint again will come soon enough.

Sorry to hear that, mate. Take the time you need for the other things in your life and then I'm sure one day you'll want to paint again -probably all of a sudden. Take care of yourself.

I give up painting most months of the year. It becones a chore when you are not properly motivated to do it.

Sorry to hear that you and your wife were not able to make it work. It's tough making it work. I'm the youngest of 5 brothers and only 2 of us were able to keep our marriages together. My only brother to keep his marriage intact cheated the system by invoking "until death do us part" and dying young.

On the plus side, once your feeling better about the situation, it's easier than ever to meet people over the internet. Online dating sites allow you to screen people for compatible beliefs and goals, before getting emotionally invested in each other.

For obvious reasons, I never liked this turn of phrase..

Thanks Adam.

Someone else mentioned online dating to me as well. I'm not ready to face anything of the sort yet but I guess I can consider it when I'm ready.

Hopefully I'll face the painting sooner than I face dating again.

I typically find painting very soothing but this whole situation has made it hard to find much of anything soothing. Ugh.

I'm glad I can turn to Dakka for a kind word and lots of distraction.

Forgive me now! Tomorrow I may no longer feel guilty...

So, I'm still around.

I haven't picked up a paint brush since my wife moved out.

I've been thinking about it again though, so perhaps soon I will get back to it.

I've played a few games of Relic Knights and Age of Sigmar.

I haven't figured out how to use my foot slogging Noh Empire army in Relic Knights so I keep losing.

In Age of Sigmar, the Ogres continue to be very smashy and fun.

That's about it for now.

Forgive me now! Tomorrow I may no longer feel guilty...

It's probably smart to take your time getting back on the painting horse. No doubt you've got a lot on your mind.

Good to hear you've had a few games.

Stay strong!

Good to hear you are still poking your head in now and then. The Ogres sound brutal in AoS. I am sorely under qualified to offer any advice for relic Knights.

Hey mate,
Good to see you're still about. I haven't had much time myself for anything, so you're not alone there.
