When I encountered this, I was honestly expecting something a bit... grittier. Instead, a sheriff's deputy that was getting ready to retire, with no clue there was a camera.

This man is my new hero.

Hmmm something is going on here.....Oh.... it seems there is some dispute over video taping of some sort......Frazz is really upset now..........wait a minute......whats he go there.......is it? Can it be?....Frazz has just unleashed his hidden weiner dog from his mini bag, while quoting shakespeares "Let slip the dogs the war!!" GG

Utah clarifying blood draw law - Wubbel's lawyer concerned it does not offer enough protection for medical personnel.

Frankly - the law, as originally written, was pretty clear - the officers just could not be bothered to either learn or follow it.

The clearest law is still fallible to willful ignorance.

Made my day, thanks.

I love how they all just play it cool everytime someone new walks in.

A Utah bill, inspired by this mess, requiring a warrant in order for police officers to draw blood, has passed Utah's house of representatives, and will be heading to the state senate.

Looks like it is not completely fading from public consciousness.

Of course it hasn't - this was a white, blonde woman a cop roughed up and briefly detained, not a dead, unarmed black teenager.

You and I specifically talked about this explicitly in this thread one page ago, so either you can't follow a conversation, or you're pretending you can't so you can take a swipe.Which is it? They're both pretty lame.
