So I came across a guy selling several sealed boxes of Risk 2210 A.D at a flea market on the weekend. I'm planning to buy a box or two as the commander figures on the front of the box seem pretty cool. My question is, are they around the same scale as a 28mm figure or are they bigger?

They are smaller than a Space Marine, maybe 3/4 the size.
