Stracken comes out of his control room to be greeted by a young female soldier who had got him the place in the high Command. Her name was Merciegh River. Her raven black hair was loose with her right hand running through it. Stracken had been looking for her. 
They start walking into Stracken's office and Stracken closes the door and nods to the seat facing Stracken's desk. "Did you find the report?" He asks as he takes a drink of his coffee on his desk. It was cold but still a drink.
"But Sir..." Merciegh starts to protest but gives up. There was no point in fighting with him over it. "No, I did not. I could not get it due to my rank. 
"Damn... Where is my tablets?" He says as he opens his drawer and pulls out a small box. He looks at her then then to the box opening it. "I don't believe it...I don't know what to do now Merciegh."
"Sir. You need to stop taking those. I know they are not drugs but you need to stop it." She says as she takes the box as he starts to open it.
Stracken looks at her in shock then closes his eyes, "Give me them now. That is an order."
"No." She snaps back looking at the desk. "You should not be having these Marbo. You really should not." 
  Merceigh walks out and then stops outside the door as a Lord Commissar. She taps him in the arm then looks at him.

Merceigh smiles and then points into the office glancing at Stracken, "I think you may want to talk to him Commissar."
The Commissar with his long black coat turns to look at Merceigh and sighs, his cap was under his armpit. His face had scars all over it, "Why would you want me to go in there Captain? What has The Lord General done wrong?"
Merceigh drops the smile and then nods to the Commissar, " He is back on those drugs."
"What ones?"
"The iso-pills and those mental ones. The mental ones is the one he has to take but the Iso-pills is not what he is meant to be on..."
"Are you saying that the Lord General is taking illegal substances in the Imperium?"
"I am trying to tell you that he is taking them."
"Where did you gt this source?"
"I saw it with my own eyes!"
"How?"
"He wanted them...He has them somewhere."
