One thing I noticed why don't the exodites have psykers? IIRC their seers were the ones that predicted the fall and led to them fleeing beforehand, so it sounds like they would have atlast a few psykers to help out in defending their worlds.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

Well, yes. This is proposed rules as opposed to already published rules - for the most part anyway. Looks like much of the stuff is from Apoc and might already have written rules.
