Is bolt worth it in Horror units? Are wings worth it on Princes? Can this list work? I'm sure AV 14 is tough for this to deal with. Should I bring less troops?

Bolt is worth it for horrors. Wings...not so much.

I would split the flamers from 2 x 5 into 3 x 3. Then I would drop the wings from the daemon princes.

For personal flavor, I'd use the bluescribes as one of my HQs. But that's just me.

Any points remaining, after giving each squad of horrors a bolt, goes to buying screamers, probably split into two squads, although maybe 3.

I agree with Centurian overall, especially with the Blue Scribes ina Tzeetch list.

I would also use some points form the Wings to give Gaze to your DP and I might also put breath on the heralds ot take down those really hard enemies.

It might be worth putting one icon in here somewhere, probably on a herald.

Pretty much what calypso said.

I'm a fan of wings if you know for a fact you will be facing Tyranids once or twice... Tervigons will just wall off your princes otherwise. But thats a personal choice from getting my ass handed to me by nids twice...

In an all Tzeentch list I'd probably pick up Screamers both for flavour and since they are actually capable of killing armour 14.

I like it, I would like to have wings though. But I can see screamers being a necessity. How does this list look? I like the scribes, but they are pretty expensive, how many wounds they have?

Get Master of Sorcery for your heralds, other wise there is absolutely no point in having we are legion, you can only fire one gun without it, so being able to fire at 2 different targets doesn't matter.

In my opinion getting iron hide isn't worth it once you've got mark of tzeentch, it's an exspensive upgrade when you've already got a 4++, although that is just a matter of opinion, under small arms fire having that better save might be worth it, but when you have 3 guys I feel that is 90 points that could be better spent elsewhere.

Otheriwse that is a pretty solid list for a tzeentch list.

I agree with the above. Iron Hide isn't worth the points with MoT already boosting their save. And yeah, you'll need Master of Sorcery on the Heralds.

Scribes only have 2 wounds, but unlike the Chariot Herald they are an IC. Thus, you can hide them in units of Horrors for added protection. I think they're a weaker choice than a 4th Herald, but they're at least more flavorful.

Thats a pretty solid tzeentch list, and a good spread of units - I like it!

Drop the iron hide on the princes.

The bluescribes are far more vulnerable than the chariots. But they have one significant advantage: they have the Pavane. That allows you to easily maximize the number of models that your flamers hit with their Breath of Chaos attack.

You also should consider taking Daemonic Gaze on the princes. They can shoot two weapons instead of one, so you might as well.

I kind of go against the conventional wisdom - I find we are legion to be largely unnecessary for the heralds. I've found that situationally, more times than not, I concentrate rather than split fire. I would rather save the points and spend them elsewhere.

I agree with you on We Are Legion. I usually shoot everything in the Herald at the same unit.

I completely forgot about the Blue Scribes having Pavane...revamping list!
