He has not sent the items and he has yet to reply to my attempts to contact him. He said he would send it out and that was well over a week ago for last contact. Either he sends the items within the next week otherwise Ide like a full refund. Posted the same report I gave paypal. Ide just like my items if possible. If not dont waste my time. I have been patient and I was reluctant to open this thread as eveyr transaction up to date has been clean

It doesn't matter if he responds. Paypal will refund you. Be patient, you will get your money back.

Whatever you do, do not close the dispute. Once closed you can not reopen it. I've seen folks get hosed when the other party says they can't ship until it is closed. It gets closed and they never ship. If he says he shipped in the dispute he will have to provide a trackng number to PP.

Finally got my money back. Seller never responded at all after initial deal.

Man this kind of people are the ones that give us bad reputation, sorry ,for youre trouble , Im, Mexican , I play 40K, and Fantasy, we have a triving community here in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and this is one of the things we hate the most deshonesty.

I don't know if it's too late or it's been resolved or whatever, but I see he's been posting in the tactics forum tonight in case anyone wants to try to catch him around

I sent you a message regarding situation. I have no satisfactory answer to give and hopefully the pm will at least give some light on situation. Im sorry for what happened and regret that it happened. As of now there is not much i can do but am glad that there was a forum of a resolution to the issue.

To the other users here I am sorry for what occured as i know it gives a bad name to the whole online trading thing. But what happened was something that I could not control and am still trying to figure out how to fix and what happened.
