Looks awesome. Fascinating part of history, nice to see it getting some attention (here's hoping for a good level of accuracy..).

Those battle scenes look terrific, too. This one snuck up on me, anyone know who's directing it?

Looks a great film, but....
Where are the Fw190s
Where is there any mention of the rolls-royce engine that made the mustang.
Where are the brits??
Damn you Hollywood!! Garrrrrrrrrrhhhh!!!

Yes where are the Brits in a movie about black American aviators, why does an action movie promo not talk about the origins of the engine in the airplanes zooming by...DAMN YOU COMMON SENSE!

Not so. The film is directed by Anthony Hemingway. Lucas is the producer.

Hemingway is best known it seems for directing episodes of CSI: NY and The Wire

Oh, cool, ok. Hemingway's work on The Wire was solid.

If I had $100 million and the services of Ridley Scott, we would get the definitive Battle of Britain movie. Forget Lucas, he couldn't direct traffic!
To the best of my knowledge, there is a British link with some of the Tusk pilots serving in the Canadian Air Force, who would obviously have helped britain.

Battle of Britain is one of my favorite movies. Laurence Olivier, Ian McShane, Michael Caine et al. Classic.

That said, this looks awesome.

Saw a preview/trailer for this a long time ago. At least early this year, maybe even in 2010. I guess it's been in postproduction for a while.

Looks pretty awesome.

This has come out of nowhere for me.. I love a good WWII movie. The more so if it has P51's in it.
