There is another company, Maidenhead Miniatures, which specialises in Amazons of several varieties. If Tiger-pulled chariots are your thing you will love them.
Check out the Feral Elves as well.
Some of their figures are NSFW, so beware.

closer to the theme I wanted, the feral elves are neat, work for a different idea though
though the more regimented ones are a better bargan

For future reference though, chances are a mini will not be in plastic. Not that many people make plastic compared to metal/resin
