Yes, build out three layers and dot with white.

This was an eBay salvage...wish I had kept the photo of it when it arrived. Missing the arm and Shining Spear. So using the extra arm and sword from a Jetseer kit, and two old Swooping Hawk Exarch wings:

At the point where I am happy (other than little corrections)...although would the outer feathers look better with alternating black ones?

Looks really sharp, love the contrast between the wing tips and the rest of the wing. Great color choices.

Cracking stuff, that farseer looks ace. I think the wings look great as they are.

Farseer looks fab, I don't think its necessary to alternate the wing looks fine by me.

Great Farseer and alternating black wings may make him look like a psychic racing flag, so I would too opt for keeping it

The keep the wings as they are wins in a landslide. So just final touch ups and some of the gems getting redone and we have a finished Farseer.

Next addition is a Warlock on a Jetbike for the Unofficial Monthly Painting Challenge "Force of Nature"

Using the innate Eldar ability to call upon physic powers.

Now since I can only use six pictures I might drop the second to last look down shot.

Thoughts and suggestions welcome.

This one turned out really well, Cap'n. Clean and colorful, with cool details like the sword and helmet markings.

I would actually drop the third picture. The side view on the “not sword” side. (Left elevation or whatever) Although it shows the other side it doesn’t really show me anything painting-wise that the other side hasn’t already shown, whereas I feel the top down view is actually giving me a better impression of the mini overall and most especially the jet bike itself.

And of course, it’s beautiful. The eye on the mask especially is wonderfully crisp and elegant. Really great job. It’ll get a vote from me for sure.
