Hello all. Happy New Year! Time for new vows! I vow to get one space marine built (which is alot if you have to work with thieving cats)

I vow starting tomorow to finish 10 daemonettes, 3 rhinos, 10 CSM, 2 vindicators, a defiler, and my predator within 2 weeks.

(Thank god its only 20 guys!)

I vow to finish my Warshrine, Giant, Throgg and Chaos Lord

Another odd vow here but,

I vow to (after tomorrow) do as little painting/modelling as i can so that i can pass my month long practicum.

I vow to fully paint every model in my hunter cadre.

I vow to finish a model a month. top to bottom

I vow to construct my Monolith, and two boxes of warriors, including custom ears for my scarabs.

I pledge to build my 3x drop pods. I keep putting them off, because the kits are really fiddly and I don't like them, but They've been on my to-do list for far too long!

Lets see, Gabriel Seth (converted) needs painting and a las/plas turret for a razorback. After those Ill assemble my stormraven with the magnetic weapons and try to make my non space deplyed drop pods.

I vow to fully paint, base and clearcoat two 6 man (Sergeant, 3 Missile Launchers, 2 Lascannons) packs of Long Fangs.

ETA: I also vow to begin work on my gaming table.

To say it got out of hand this year is an understatement...I did get an airbrush and a nice magnafying lence/lamp thing this year as well. But yeah...I'm dying to get the new Tau when they come out but I'm worried that I won't get done in time. Perfectionist be damned! Plz send messages to me to keep me going. I really do get discouraged looking at other people's beautiful armies. (I'm not that good yet) but I do sincerely want to get done before I get anymore stuff.

I should also mention that I do have 3 Crisis Suits and about 10 drones too...couldn't help myself a couple weeks back.

A few to get me started down the road to a fully painted 7k+ IG force, all before the end of the month.

I vow I will get at least one of my Infantry Platoons (PCS + 3 Squads) painted.
I vow to assemble that third Baneblade, despite the week between Christmas and New Year making me wish I'd only bought two
I vow to get at least some practice using greenstuff, specifically sculpting fur so I can start that damned conversion I've been putting off for the last three months.

I vow, to first paint strip, and then paint my entire orc and goblin army before this time next year... should be doable

I just finished writing up a nice little list of everything to paint and the order it has to be done in, going with the idea of painting a group of infantry and then doing a vehicle or character in between each block as a bonus. However, as I'm painting an Ork horde (I would guess about 3000 points) it's a daunting prospect whichever way I look at it. Anyway, I just finished a Deff Dread so for what's left of this month I vow to at least paint 10 Burna Boyz and 2 Warbikes.

I'm going to complete my first Necron Warrior in my 100% converted army, and then start on a Tomb Blade. I said start, mind you...no guarantees about finishing it. Also, I'm going to begin stockpiling the parts I'm going to need to finish this army.

I vow to finish the large ork army growing on my desk, that includes an ork battlefortress! The 2k point Imperial guard air cavalry army, My Bretonnians and the Tau I have, They haven't seen action in a few years!

I vow to finish my imperial guard army by the end of february.

I'm going to get my DE compelely painted and moved over to their new bases whcih will also be finished.
I'm also going to get my BT, and IG painted...it's gonna be a busy year!

I vow to:

- finish my Imperial Fist Megaforce by the end of February so I can pull out the big guns and start my Necron army.

- paint and enter a model in Golden Demon this year at the incessant prodding of a friend of mine.

- paint up a couple of sexy looking display boards.

My vow is to start my first attempt at modelling terrain from scratch, as well as to keep trying to improve my painting abilities.

I pledge finish converting the other half of my squad of CSM and the Sorceror for my army as soon as I can, even though the month is nearly finished.

Well my monthly paint goal is complete.
