Dragons, man. DRAGONS.

No one can be sure what happened. One moment, life goes on as usual. Next, fire and mushroom clouds. The end of days had come. Nations, either of greed, fear, or pride, ended up firing their deadly armaments. Once bustling metropolises have turned to skeletons of irradiated glass and steel. Lush forest have become hellish wastelands of sand and broken dreams. The lucky ones died in the blasts. The unlucky ones died of radiation. The damned were left to survive in this world. And the mutants... a fate lacking apt description. It is five years after the war, and survivors have either banded together in a mockery of civilization, working together to scavenge supplies and enjoy the spoils as a group, or leave to themselves, keeping their treasures for themselves. This is the world you are forced to survive in; The dead city of Arcadia still moans with broken, corrupted life, and you are in the middle.

Hello. This game is as simple DnD style Post-Nuke RPG. Game-play will be a reaction-action style of classic DnD descent; Players will post what they do, and I will respond in a detailed post describing the action. You may post what you want to do, but any result will be done by me. Once a character is made, you will be placed into your location based on your character design.

EX:

PLAYER 1: We look for shelter.

ME: You find an empty storm-shelter.

PLAYER 2: We decide to stay there.

ME: There's a cannibal mutant in there.

PLAYER 3: I shoot it.

ME: It dies.

Teamwork and good thinking are key to making good on survival.

Weapon: [Don't go overboard. Like a gun with some bullets will do.]
Clothing: [Helps against certain hazards.]

STATS:
Strength: How strong and durable you are 1-10, 10+ you can perform great feats of strength, 4- Damn heavy books.
Agility: You basic speed and physical reflexes 1-10, 10+ you can do amazing acrobatics [Yeah, like parkour], 4- Trips, falls, and fails.
Intelligence: General knowledge and mental reflexes 1-10, 10+ you can operate and repair advanced machinery, 4- Oh god how did this happen I am not good with computer.
Combat: Your knowledge and ability to fight 1-10, 12+ you get movie-star good at this, 4- You never hit anyone before.
Medicine: Your ability to treat wounds, radiation, and cooking skills, which helps avoid radiation. 1-10, 10+ You were a Doctor-Chef in your old life, 4- What's a band-aid?
