Imotekh doesn't have a power weapon of any kind, so a CCB is kind of a waste for him - just stick him in a squad.

Lords for unit defense should really have Mindshackle Scarabs.

If you're going to do Spyders, have a small unit of Scarabs too so you can benefit from that aspect of the game. Also consider spending the 25 extra points to give one a Fabricator Claw and another a Gloom Prism - this will allow you to spread wounds.

Since you're taking the C'tan, consider Writhing Worldscape. Then take some Crypteks - Eternity with Chronometron to increase Imotekh's Night/Storm. Remaining Crypteks as Transmogrification to use the Tremorstaves to cause the difficult/dangerous terrain on your opponents.

Scrap the Monolith to get the points.
