I have made a 2k footdar list using the tactical advice from Akean's ''Walking the path of the eldar with akean'' thread, among other things

Here goes

HQ
Farseer w/RoWard, SS, Fortune, Doom
145p

Avatar of Khaine
155p

Elites
10harlequins w/kisses and a shadowseer
250p

5fire dragons in serpent w/shuricannons
180p

5fire dragons in serpent w/shuricannons
180p

Troops
10Guardians w/EML
100p

10guardians w/EML
100p

10guardians w/EML
100p

10guardians w/EML
100p

10guardians w/EML
100p

10guardians w/EML and conceallock
140p

heavy
Wraithlord with lance and sword
140p

Wraithlord w/ Bright Lance and EML
155p

Wraithlord w/ Bright Lance and EML
155p

Total 2000point square

So the dragons will burn any big armor threat, the conceals will conga line and provide cover for the other guardians.
The Farseer will go with the harlequins for the shadowseer defense and fortune the Avatar whilst dooming targets for
focused fire. The harlequins will be counterattack. Wraithlords will provide cc prowess and ranged weaponry, they all
have flamers. The reasons for the sword is cause I didn't magnetize him...

So... what do you guys think about this list? please comment and critique. Models i have for the list so far is 1wraithlord,
farseer, warlock, 2guardian squads and a wave serpent.

Interesting list... But think twice about those 6 guardian squads... just to deploy them on the battle field is going to be a challenge... May be you should expand the concealed squad up to 20 guys?

Did you try this army? I'd like to know how do you like this EML spam...

You shuld use wraithguard in a footdar list, their option as troops (unless they've changed that) makes them much less fargile than guardians

I haven't tried this list yet, but hey! If guards can deploy hundreds of infantry I think I could handle 70
An upgrade for the conceals would be nice but where would I find the 80points?

Wraithguards will have to whait until they become boxed and not blistered.

I was thinking maybe dropping 3harlequins and a wraithlord to add 3EML walkers, and change doom to guide. Whatya think about that?

Warwalkers should be duel scatter laser if taken. Those guardians make the list uncompetitive. Fast armies will walk all over them and they'll die in assault before they ever get to fire. Heavy flamers will obliterate you.

That leaves the avatar and wraithlords as your only realistic threat. But with the amount of poison going round and the fact this is 2k they aren't enough in a competitive environment.

Wraithwall isn't really competitive but is nearly competitive. This using guardians just won't work against any decent list.

This is definitely a solid army, and should treat you well.

I would strongly advise considering Eldrad, as hes a beefcake in foot army lists. Giving you redeployment shenanigans with divination, and an extra power to help buff your lines.

I would also consider scatter lasers on your Guardians. You've got a lot of s8 shooting- 2 dragon squads, each Lord also has 1 or 2 s8 shots.

s6 is still great, and scatter lasers are better than either missiles or lances at scything apart Razorbacks, Rhinos, and DE planes. Having 4 shots also helps with bs3.

As for how it would do in a tournament, its going to depend on the level of opponent you're facing. Blackmoore has been known to do quite well with foot Eldar armies in high profile tournaments, so its definitely not as hopeless as FlingitNow makes it out to be.
