I presume it's not-Konrad Curze (who is of course himself not-Kurze from Heart of Darkness and not-Batman).
Edit: it's also titled 'The Dark Knight', which is something of a giveaway.

Also, those lightnings in the chest eagle makes me think on Konrad. And, of course, ugly jetpack indicates pre-Raptor (personal opinion this one).

Definitely not bad save the claws.
The range is kind of hit and miss. I can't wait to see if they can pull off the concept art of the "Celtic Knight". I'm so buying one of those.

I agree that the claws should have been fixed, but that is one nice model, especially with that awesome paint job!
With a few changes here and there, I think it would make a better not-Corax than the existing not-Corax!

Konrad Curze is, for all intents and purposes, 'Batman' in the fluff. Calling this not-Primarch the "Dark Knight" is even more of a nod.
That other Kabuki not-Primarch is Corax.
