Hi Dakka peeps,

I just had this land in my worktray and I thought I would share it with you all.

Could you arrange for this printer, an HP Officejet {Model Redacted}, to be given a damn good servicing on site ?

It came with good references, and was supposed to offer printer, copy and scan functions, but quite frankly its lazy, and only works if and when it feels like it.

It wheezes , splutters and coughs and generally behaves like an old man, even though its barely into its teens in printer years. Its only a matter of time before it deposits the contents of its last meal on the carpet.

We give it a good home, feed it ( staple diet seems to be cartridges), leave it alone when it has a tantrum, and it treats us with contempt.

Tried counselling, but by the end of the session, it was I who was the patient.
