How can I tell with body fat? I'm still rather fething stocky so it's hard to tell just by looking.

Get someone to measure it or learn how to use calipers (or w/e they're called).

If you're losing weight and getting stronger, than you're dropping fat and building muscle. If you're losing weight and not getting stronger or getting weaker, than you're losing too much muscle mass.
