Nurgle Predator Driver with an Infestation

Yo dakkanauts/ites.
About 6 months ago I saw a picture in the gallery.
It's a black and white drawing of a khornate daemon (bloodletter perhaps?)
It's very detailed and savage.
I know this description is vague, but help finding it again would be rad.

The daemon dominates most of the right side of the pic and is alone.
