I'd suggest you play around with the saturation and contrast settings on your phone-cam.
I also use a phone-cam and I get decent reults after playing around with the settings. You should also place the model on a flat surface and steady the camera on a flat surface as well.

This will help your photos a lot.

As for the images, honestly hard to say mate.
They looks really good, but I can't see any detail past that obnoxious camera glare.

On a sombreo, wearing a deckchair.

It looks pretty good man. The idea is pretty damn awesome, and the tendrils coming out of the ground are quite rad.

The only things i would say are, put some chipping on the bell, skaven may worship them, but they are still skaven and therefore it is highly unlikely to be perfect, especially if it had fallen like that. The other thing is try and add some layers to the fur of the grey seer.

But other than that, it looks good man.
