Hey, y'all!

This is probably my biggest dive into the 40k world. For a few years now, I've adored the fluff, hung around the local hobby-store and watched games in progress... Basically done everything but play myself! I've always been intimidated by two things; the cost, and the assembly.

Well, now, college is coming. I have two steady and (relatively) well-paying jobs, and oodles of free time. I figured, now would be a great time to start. Thanks for having me, and I hope that I don't bother y'all too much with my newbiness.

Well cool, welcome aboard.

If you want to take one idea from me it would be to magnetize. $10 or so will get you 300+ magnets on ebay.

Every squad has options, and rather then "pretending" to have the option or building "extra" models to switch out for games, you would be better off just magnetizing the option and swopping them when you use that option.

Also you can preserve paint jobs and do away with the foam if you magnetize the bases and get cases with steel paper lining the bottom.

Have a good one
