What do you guys think of my list?
I'm aware that I probably should trim down on some weapons, such as the Sternguard Heavy Bolter or the Sergeant's plasma pistol, but both of them have worked fairly well so far.

Criticism is welcome

In my opinion i think if you removed both the vindicators and got a crusader for the terminators it would be better. You may lose some anti tank capabilities but foot slogging terminators are easy to deal with.

Yeah that seems ok but thats a minimum turn 3 charge if you do manage to come in second turn. Id run the land raider to be honest.

Those Termies do not want to be in a Raider. They want to be on the field firing off their CML. I do suggest you bump up their numbers though so you can get a second and have a larger presence on the field.

bolter pistol+bolter is a better armaments for the sargs. Though combimeltas are even better.
Meltaguns in the tactical squads is needed for the antitank.
The captain is not so great.

The heavy bolter on the sternguard doesn't really fit. If you want them still give them 2 lascannons. Otherwise combimeltas are great.

I would put the sternguard in a rhino so they can shoot out of it, either giving them 2 full on meltas, or even combimeltas and 2 heavy flamers. IN this case maybe increase their numbers to 6 or 7.
Then the razorback goes to a tactical squad, with the plasma cannon staying back to be scoring and fire.

I think vindicators can prove their worth. Though I would want to see more long range antitank and more meltaguns first. Antitank is missing and vindicators and plasma guns have similar roles.

I wouldn't teleport the termies. If you walk them next to the vindicators then it should work well. The vindis have support and maybe even cover.
