I applaud your bravery, good sir . Well done, I feel it improved the model by a mile. How do you feel about it?

Thanks guys, it felt strange to go back and dress down the tank, I do like how it turned out. The extra mud and chipping was a nice change up and I plan on doing the same with the rhino.
Sennacherub had a little trick of making pustules on vehicles may have to scour his blog to see how he did it.

Much more appropriate!

Yep, does the job. Looks to be a recent acquisition to the Nurgle ranks. All that rust and corruption is just getting going.

Good work.

Added a few pustules using pva glue covered with superglue. Airbrushed some nurgles rot over the panels then lightened it up with some Vallejo sand. Dirtied up the tracks and around the bottom of the rhino along with the blisters.

Outstanding. Really brilliant work, love the fade. How long did you leave it in the sun for? 2 years? Looks so perfect.

Good job on the discolouration about the nurgle-y blobs. Helps them look part of the model.

Just a quick post, and a few pics from a game I got in this week. Met up with a local gamer with a beautiful orc army.
Will get a few pictures of the finished rhino later.

Faded paint is looking good . How does he match up with your marines? That's always a good test IMO. Solid work for sure!

@ Zerg and Cam, thank you gents feeling more confident adding some rust and grime now.

Here is the next batch in line for some paint. Typhus, blightspawn and a CC squad of Deathguard, should keep me busy.

A quick update, primed, base coats with highlights. Then a wash of argothian camo with lahmian medium mixed in. Next up is black and some drybrushing.

That Typhus. Fond of the drink, he is.

He looks good. I still can't decide if I like the updated model more than the original. Like your paintjob, though. The scythe and the glow on the left hand especially.
