Finally got the new codex, dusted off the old models, and hashed out a quick list. Any help would be nice.

Anrakyr (245)
-Catacomb Command Barge

Destroyer Lord (160)
-Semi Weave
-Mindshackle Scarabs

Court (330)
-5 Crypteks
-2 Necron Lords
-4x Destruction Upgrades
-1x Eternity Upgrades
-Solar Pulse
-Chronometron
-2x Res Orbs

2x Immortals (340)
-10 Models
-Tesla Carbines

Warriors (180)
-5 Models
-Ghost Ark

Wraiths (205)
-5 Models
-3x Whips

Scarabs (90)
-6 Models

Monolith (200)

Lords would be attached to the Immortals. The Crypteks would hijack the Ghostbarge while the warrior squad would be left all alone.

Somewhere.....I hope.

Wraiths cannot have both the whip and the casters. Can you specify where the court is going?

Death is for quitters
and Jaws of the World Wolf is for pansies

Fair point. Updated my list with revised information. In short, I'd keep the Lords with the Immortals in order to give them improved survivability. The Crypteks would board the Ghost Barge and use it as a mobility enhancer while the squad of 5 would be an objective camper. The Destroyer lord would go with the wraiths.

I'd suggest throwing in a caster though it help with would allocation, if I were to run just a squad of 3 (I'd want more than 3) I'd do 1 w/ whips, 1 w/ caster, 1 plain though because we have a 3++ it isn't as useful but with ID weapons it'll help

Personally, I don't see the point of having only 3 Wraiths.
Obviously they won't be able to do much more than be a speed bump, and that's an absolute waste of one of the best units in the codex.
(if you actually want them to be able to DO SOMETHING other than stand there and tie up enemy squads, the minimum is considered 5).

Do you have a plan with the monolith? When I have used them I have really struggled to get them to make points back.... then they take a melta and die. I just wish they could fire their blast and gauss and at least they would be something. I still use them ocasionally but only as moveable terrain when I have the points. How does this one fit in?
