Just something I cooked up today...
Wolf Lord Harald Deathwolf = 225
Frost Axe, Storm Shield, Thunderwolf, Belt of Russ.
Canis Wolfborn = 185
Dreadnought = 125
2 Twin Linked Autocannon.

10 Grey Hunters = 205
2 Meltaguns, Mark of the Wulfen.
Rhino.

2 Thunderwolf Cavalry = 195
Power Weapon, Storm Shield.
Power Weapon, Storm Shield, Melta Bombs.
2 Thunderwolf Cavalry = 195
Power Weapon, Storm Shield.
Power Weapon, Storm Shield, Melta Bombs.
2 Thunderwolf Cavalry = 195
Power Weapon, Storm Shield.

4 Long Fangs and Squad Leader = 115
4 Missile Launchers.
4 Long Fangs and Squad Leader = 115
4 Missile Launchers.
4 Long Fangs and Squad Leader = 115
4 Missile Launchers.
I seem to have all bases covered in the army. Plenty of Anti Vehicle and Anti Horde, a fair amount of cc. I may only have 2 troops choices, but I believe that the uberness of the other squads may draw fire away from them.

It seems solid, but it's godawful formulaic. I couldn't play an army like that.

Thats the problem with 40K atm. A lot of the armies are quite formulaic in their builds. I think only Orks and IG have builds that are no where near as cookie cutter as others.

With what you're running there's no point to taking Canis other than a cheap Wolf Lord.
Your Thunderwolf squads are illegal, you can only take one power weapon per squad.
The Belt of Russ and Storm Shield are redundant, drop the belt and take Saga of the Bear. Drop the Third Thunderwolf pack and beef up the other two with one more guy. You should have the points for 10 Fenrisian Wolves

Bugger, you are right about the Power Weapon and the Belt.
This army is more of a fluffy one than a Tourney beater.
Although it isa a little on the hairy side lol.

You can keep it fluffy while still making it a go getter. That's the good part about Space Wolves.

Well I got given the bare bones of a Necron Army last night, so I'm going to be updating my very old Necron Army instead.

Too few troops, yeah your other units will draw fire, but a smart opponent will notice he only has to kill 2 of your units to make you automatically lose 2/3rds of the games. Don't count on your opponent being an idiot.
Canis is a bit of a waste if you aren't running Fenresian Wolves as troops, then again, they don't help you score either. They do make a good cover for the rest of your army. I'd say demote Canis and pick up a thunder wolf equipped Battle Leader with saga of the Wolfkin and a unit of Fenresian Wolves as big as you can make it.
As noted you don't need 2 invul saves on your Wolf Lord and you've over equipped your TWC. I'd say drop the third squad to add 1 more wolf to each of the other 2 squads when you balance out the equipment. You'll find some good points savings there. Link your Lord and Canis each to a squad and you have a twin deathstar army, with each unit attracting a lot of heat for you.
Rifleman Dreads are fun, but I got royally destroyed by plasma cannons a few games back so I'm a fan now of Plasma/Heavy Flamer Dreads, same price as the riflemans and the added bonus of totally messing up Scarab units (each plasma wound kills 2 bases!).
As much as this pains me to say this, I'd drop one of the Long Fangs and use the other points you'll save balancing your equipment to make a third Grey Hunter Squad. Then I'd make the Grey Hunters squads smaller and forego the free Melta gun in exchange for a Wolf Standard and possibly a Wolf Guard with a Powerfist and a combi-melta. Yes I know that you don't intend to get your guys out of their Rhinos, but if I am your opponent I am goign to wreck your Rhinos with my anti-tank weapons first chance i get and try to get an assault unit close to them as soon as possible, might as well give them a chance if that happens.
The way I see it working is the TWC and Fenresian Wolves surge forward n turn one while the Long Fangs soften up targets. If it's Kill Points the Rhinos roll along behind popping smoke first turn. If it's objectives I'd actually keep them in reserve.
By turn 2/3 your TWC and Fenresian Wolves are smashing face and your Hunters are either rolling towards objectives or shooting up enemy units. Long Fangs, if they didn't get nuked by this point are hitting anything that doesn't have a dance partner.
By turn 4 or 5, all your units except the long fangs should either be in an assault or camped on an objective. If there is anything left of the enemy to shoot at your Long Fangs should be teaching it the meaning of pain.
From there you just need to hold out until the game ends.

Yeah, even just cleaned up to be legal it is a very nasty list. It bashes your face in on turn 2 or 3 if you can't find a way to stop it first.
Once there it continues to maul you until you can't take it anymore.
Its weakness is that the scoring choices are too few to stand up to concentrated fire. If I were facing it I'd focus my killing on the 2 troop choices and then feed it the rest of my army in small bites to keep my scoring units around.
