This is my idea of a fast list! Please shred it apart as I dont want to spend tons of money on a rubbish list lol.

Battlewagon - Deffrolla, 2x big shoota, RPJ - 125pts

Mob of 19 in battlewagon with the Warboss,
Mob of 10 in truck with Big Mek.

The thought behind this is the big mek gives the trucks the 4+ cover save and if the trucks did blow and the mobs had to foot slog they would then get 5+ cover save. The overal tactics are to charge forward all hitting targets at the same time. Send the burnas up in the wagon to cause havoc.

Thought this would be a boomwagon list...lol.

You're over 1k. Drop the warboss. At 1k points, you don't want 2 HQ's....it's too many points.

Concerning the warboss, I wouldn't take a shoota/rokkit, I'd take the shoota/skorcha. Much better. The boss needs to be krumpin anyway.

It's a pretty good list there. I like having a unit of lootas or two, but you've got a solid offense. If you could swap those two trukk mobz into a single battlewagon mob they'd have a much better chance of getting stuck in.

Thanks for the advice, so you reckon drop the trucks and take lootas? So perhaps i should drop the burna wagon and put my boys in there and fill the rest of the points with lootas.

The second option is stronger. Don't recall if I mentioned that at 1k I've got a list with 3 battlewagons mobs and 5 lootas as I recall.

And btw, you don't need to double up on big shootas on the battlewagons....1 is enough...it's just there to absorb a weapon destroyed roll.
