Subject: two dark elder lists at 2000pts. Which is better?

I need your guys help again, I'm starting a new army based off wyches and I really just can't decide which way to go with them.
So, I created two lists, tell me which one you think is better or any seasoned generals with advice on units to modify.
Thanks in advance!
Anyway, here they are:
List 1: 1996pts.
HQ: Lelith Hesperax
HQ: Haemonculus, Liquifier, Venom Blade, Webway Portal
Haemonculus, Liquifier, Venom Blade, Webway Portal
Elite: 8 Grotesques
Troop: 15 Wyches, Hekatrix, agoniser, 3 hydra gauntlets
Troop: 15 Wyches, Hekatrix, agoniser, 3 shardnet and impalers
Troop: 15 Wyches, Hekatrix, agoniser, 3 shardnet and impalers
Troop: 15 Wyches, Hekatrix, agoniser, 3 shardnet and impalers
Fast Attack: 3 Reavers, Heat Lance.
Fast Attack: 3 Reavers, Heat Lance
Talos, Chain-Flails, Haywire Blaster.
Talos, Chain-Flails, Haywire Blaster
Talos, Chain-Flails, Haywire Blaster
I really liked the idea of running a WWP list so this is my first take,
the grotesques and haemys along with lelith would run them across the field,
reavers would hit tanks and then everything would come out and blow things up
List 2: 1998pts.
HQ: Succubus, agoniser, PGL
HQ: Duke Sliscus
Elite: 4 Incubi, Venom
Elite: 7 Trueborn, 7 Shardcarbines, Raider with flickerfield
Troop: 10 Wyches, Hekatrix with agoniser, 2 shard net and impaler, raider with flickerfield
Troop: 10 Wyches, Hekatrix with agoniser, 2 shard net and impaler, raider with flickerfield
Troop: 10 Wyches, Hekatrix with agoniser, 2 shard net and impaler, raider with flickerfield
Troop: 10 Wyches, Hekatrix with agoniser, 2 hydra gauntlets, raider with flickerfield
Fast Attack: 3 Reavers, Heat Lance
Fast Attack: 3 Reavers, Heat Lance
Ravager with Flickerfield
Ravager with Flickerfield
Razorwing Jetfighter with Flickerfield
Just another idea since they WWP one seemed a little lacking

I prefer the second one, but fuse your two units of Reavers and replace hydra-gauntlet by Shardnet and impaler. And I'm not sure if the Succubus need the PGL, as she already have Plasma Grenads. If you want the first one, I'd say drop Lelith (just another unit of wyches is the same price and better), add a Wyches unit, replace hydra gauntlet with shardnet (or drop'em) and fuse your Reavers. And give some wargear to your Grotesques for wound allocation.

Both actually aren't bad. They are two very different play styles but both need some tweaks.
For list one: Lelith is junk for what you pay...yes she can get a billion attacks but dies to assault cannons and is only S3. Don't take venom blades on the haemys. Now you need a more reliable way of getting portals into posion. 18" from your board edge isn't it. Drop the grotesques for something with some punch but still has room in the transports for the haemys. Something like blasterborn in a raider w/ FF. Now you need haywire grenades and go with razorfails. You don't want to tarpit with a portal list but rather win combats so take the weapon that gives you the best edge.
For list two: Drop the succubus. They are so expensive for what you get. The biggest hting is drop a wych from 3 of the squads (and her weapon) then pick up 3 haemys w/ liquifiers. This will give you FNP for those squads. Run the weapons as razorflails for maximum damage in CC. In the trueborn run 2 SC first then take carbines. You may not have the points for both reavers and Incubi. I would drop the Incubi personally. You are still going to struggle against big mech lists so ou may want the 3rd ravager.

BT uses the Codex Astartes as toilet paper. They’re an Imp Fist successor, recruit from multiple planets, and are known to be the largest Chapter in the galaxy. They’re on a constant Crusade, keeping it real for the Emperor and not bumming around like the other guys. They hate psykers and can’t ally with them. They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare.

Ok so I'm revising the first one since I like the idea better, so I understand dropping Lelith but I'm not so sure about the grotesques I feel that as a portal delivery service they're much better compared to two light transports which are much much easier to kill before I even get the portals down, what do you think?

They're also a lot slower, you need to get at least 1 portal down on the first turn for when you take your first reserve roll at the start of turn 2.
If you're just walking your portal up the board that first portal will still be a long way back from your opponents front line. If you're in a Venom you can start 12" away from your edge, move 12, disembark from the furthest part of the hull 2" and lay the portal in front of you. This would mean your units would be coming on nearly 30" up the board. On foot its only 18", and that can make the world of difference.

Sorry to have to point this out, but
HQ: Succubus, agoniser, PGL
Succubus can't take a PGL, hence your 2nd list is illegal. If only... :(
