Drop the kalivex down to a normal incubi. Give both of the bare hamey's liquifier guns.

Which HQ goes where? I am assuming that Haemies join the Wyches for that free pain token and FNP?
ES in Wyches Raiders means Enhanced Aethersails or Chain-snares? Whatever they are meant, drop them. You don't want that extra movement after which they cannot disembark and Wyches have to disembark as soon as they have targets.
I am not getting where Your Archon goes - if he joins Incubi, then he needs that Phantasm Grenade Launcher, cause Incubi don't have access to grenades. As the poster above said, drop the Klaivex and maybe take the Archon instead and mount them all in Venom. Huskblade/Soultrap combo is quite situational - Agoniser is more reliable. For spare points try to get extra wych or shardnet/impaler upgrade. Otherwise, the list is pretty decent and I did not spot any classic mistakes (like nightshields on Ravagers and Raiders designed for wyches).

Yeah I mixed Enhance and Sails together to form ES derp.

So yeah I fit in the Archon with the Incubi and removed the Klaivex and put the LGs in.

And don't forget that PGL on Archon - it is essential for Archon/Incubi unit.
