Is there anyone who knows or understands what they are saying? I can't understand any of it. They did a good job with the voice though. It would be great if they had an equivalent force fighting against the Nazis, though Terror Squad like partisans would be a bit OP.

I'm guessing you mean the Terror Squads from the game The Saboteur, if so you're not meant to be able to understand what they are saying.
