I'm liking it, though I may be a bit biased towards turquoise Necron color schemes. (Nihilakh fo' LIFE, dog)

If you can, grab a copy of this months White Dwarf. It has a fantastic article on painting this style of turquoise.

I like the colors. Nice orange accents to compliment the turquoise color.

I like the turquoise/orange combo too but I don't really think it works as well along with the green rods they use for the necron weapons. Even though I don't play necrons I kinda wish GW had some alternate color options for those. They kinda limit your palette with the bright green. If I was you I'd test washing the boltgun metal parts of a model with asurmen blue (or whatever the new gw equivalent is.) It might bring them together a bit more.

Eh, just paint over the rods, it looks better anyways.

I was going to make numberous complaints about the lack of depth to your painting. Then I saw the ghost arc, and im not sure any more. The flash might be killing the depth. If you can snap better shots, it might be helpful, but if I assume the problem is the flash, your stuff is gorgeous. My only beef is with your HQ, you seem to have too much color in your army (as if you took two separate armies and merged them).

I do note though you need to do more cleaning of the mould lines.

You should be able to get orange rods from plastruct. MiniWarGaming has red rods, that might do the trick

sorry im not all that good at pics yet hope these are better also i just gave the HQ's deffernet color staffs just to have a little personality to the powers they have like imotekhs storm ability so gave him a blue staff the main colors are turquoise black orange an silver.
